St. stabbed 18 year old Ryan L. Deuel of Fulton several times. The fact allegedly arose as the result of an argument over a female tenant of the apartment complex.Members of the New York Voice Police assisted Sheriffs deputies and located Avery in another apartment complex near the experience location. Members of the Granby Center Fire Department responded and assisted with treating and readying the serene for transport. Menter Ambulance transported Deuel to University Hospital in Syracuse. His current medical pre-eminence and the exact extent of his injuries are unknown.
Avery has been charged with Assault in the First Degree, a Class B felony and Illegal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a Class D felony. Avery was arraigned before the Hon. Eugene Hafner of the City of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000.00 sell or $50,000.00 bond. He is to reappear in the Town of Granby
