It's not that often you relate to across a cruiser that actually proves quite practical but the Victory Kingpin Tour does faithfully that.

A comfortable ride with a big v-twin engine married to a reasonably capable chassis (for a cruiser), a proper integrated belongings system and a screen to help protect the rider from the elements makes the Kingpin Tour one of the more practical cruisers on the market-place.

Fully dressed for touring the Kingpin Tour certainly does lose a little of the big matched cruiser machismo but the screen and luggage is easily removed for the more traditionalist look.

In the engine room the Kingpin Round is powered by Victory's 100 cubic inch engine.

Victory also have a 106 cube engine available in some other models but the larger and more resilient engine is yet to filter into the Kingpin range.

Still, the 1634cc engine in the Kingpin Tour proves quite a willing artiste.

Harley Davidson 883 - A Motorcycle Icon

Since 1957 Harley Davidson have been produced a motorcycle titled the Sporster, yet it was not until 1986 that the first Harley 883 rolled off of their radio show line. For many people who would like to own a Harley Davidson then the 883 is the ideal choice as it is the most inexpensive of all the models that this motorcycle now produce.

Today there are eight other models of the Sportster Harley Davidson available along with the four versions of the 883 there are three versions of the 1200 and of course the XL50. The XL 50 was introduced to the store as a celebration of Harley Davidson producing the Sportster for 50 years.

Of all the motorcycles that Harley Davidson now produce the 4 models that come into the 883 Harley Sportster group are some of the most well recognized of all their bikes in the world today. Below we take a look at what each model is.

1. Sportster 883 XL - Of all these types of motorcycle that Harley Davidson bear this is the cheapest of the lot and will cost anything from $6,595 up to as much as $7,990. 2. Sportster 883 XL Low - Although this bike is actually slightly more expensive than the first model we have mentioned above you will still find it is moderate in cost at the moment. You should expect to pay between $6,995 and $8,390 for one of these. 3. Sportster 883 XL Custom - Yet another great looking motorcycle which is part of the Harley 883 kinfolk and will set you back anywhere from $7,795 up to as much as $9,555. 4. Sportster 883R XL - The most recent model to be included into the Harley Davidson 883 family and although not the most expensive you can still look forward to pay $7,795 up to $9,090 for this one.

Along with Harley Davidson producing 4 different models of this particular motorcycle they have spent time making improvements to each one in demand to improve the ride on them. Today all come with a larger rear axle which has made the bikes much more stable. They have also spent in days of yore on improving the mounting of the engines within the motorcycles. Today all Harley Davidson engines are mounted on to rubber that is placed on the bent and this reduces the amount of vibration the rider will feel.
